Miniconf Speaker Information

If you're speaking at the DS&R miniconf, this information should be of use to you :-)

The miniconf will be held in the Civic Suites 1 & 2 room of the Town Hall. That is the building next door to the keynote venue. Please ensure you're at the room at least 15 minutes before the start of your session.

If you have slides, please create a PDF version and attach it to your proposal on the website. This means a backup is available online in case of a problem!

The following equipment is available in the room:

  • VGA projector
  • projection screen
  • microphone + speakers
  • whiteboard + markers

I will bring my own laptop, so a spare should be available in the room.

The room will be set up in classroom style, with space for 85 attendees.
